What's your style?
At our core, we believe that the best way to capture your memories is to be fully present in the moment. Our aim is to create photos that are true to colour and stand the test of time. When you look back on your photos, we want you to feel like you're reliving those special moments all over again.
When it comes to videos, we take pride in our audio storytelling. Our video style is a unique blend of cinematic and candid, capturing those fleeting moments that can never be replicated. With our videos, you'll be able to revisit your memories and relive the magic of your big day.
Can we decide on the venue and vision for the shoot?
Absolutely! We believe that it's important for you to have a say in the vision and location for your shoot. We encourage you to share with us your desired style and ambiance for your outdoor session. If you're open to suggestions, we're happy to offer our expert advice based on the final location and available hours. You can even send us a mood board to get us inspired! At the end of the day, our priority is to make sure your vision is brought to life.
how early should we place our booking?
The earlier the better! We recommend booking at least 4 months in advance to guarantee availability. For bookings made within 4 months of your event date, we'll need to check on our manpower availability to ensure we can accommodate to your request.
When will we get our photos/videos?
We understand that you're eager to see your photos and videos, and we'll do our best to deliver them as soon as possible. Typically, it takes about three to four months for us to edit and finalize all the photos and videos from your shoot. Once they're ready, we'll send you a convenient online gallery link where you can view, download, and share all the files with your loved ones.
How many pictures will we receive?
We don't set a fixed number of edited softcopies that you'll receive. Instead, we promise to provide you with all the fully edited photos we've taken during the shoot.
Will we be able to change the deliverable in our package?
Definitely! You may exchange the pre-assigned deliverable to an equal or higher priced item.
